*Monthly subscription fiscal term is from the first of the month to the end of the month. When starting service in the middle of the month, the initial payment covers that current month’s services, unless the services couldn’t be fulfilled until the following month. Then, the payment collected carries over to the next full month for the subscription.
*Services do not carry over to the next month.
*Subscription payments are non-refundable.
*If the logo designed does not pass trademarking legalities (customer must provide paperwork supporting the judgement), you are entitled to a rework. We aren’t responsible for trademark guidelines.
*Terms and conditions of the agreement are subject to review and updates are to be given a 30-day notification *Pop-up merchandise is on the responsibility of the client to participate in the event.
